Firing costs are $12 per kg.

Minimum cost 1kg.

Our firing service takes 21 days. This may take longer during peak times, you will be advised.
You will be sent an email to advise if we can fire your work, and instruction on next steps.

How many pieces do you have for firing?

Please put a brief description (i.e. 3 cups, 2 small bowls)

What brand and firing temp glaze have you applied?

Have you ensured there is no glaze on the bottom of your pieces?

Any part of your work that will touch the kiln shelf must be clean, otherwise it will stick to the kiln shelf during firing. If not cleaned, you must provide biscuits of the same clay type as your work to rest your pieces on, or we will not fire these pieces. As outlined in the T&C's you will be responsible for the cost of repair/replacement of the kiln shelf if damage occurs.

What Firing Service do you require?

i.e. bisque, glaze or other

What brand of clay are your pieces?

i.e. Walkers, Keanes

What type of clay are your pieces?

i.e. Stoneware, Midfire, etc

Is your work bone dry? Yes/No.

If your pieces are not bone dry - they will be dried out in our kiln room. This can take up to one week. Wet pieces may explode in the kiln. Please check with our team if you are unsure.
